LUGAR: “portion of space, real or imagined, in which something is located”
Lugar Studio is an architecture and interior design studio created in 2022 and located in Justicia, one of Madrid´s trendiest neighborhood. Our team is created by multidisciplinary young professionals from the world of architecture, design and interior design.
El LUGAR (or “the place”) where our projects are located takes on a special role when preparing the conceptual and technical project. In the study, the word LUGAR makes sense in its broadest concept, encompassing not only the location and the environment in which it is located, but all those specific conditions for each project that make it unique and unrepeatable. We understand as LUGAR also the pre-existing space, the intrinsic needs of each client, the construction methods of the area, the light, the routes, etc.
WE UNDERSTAND LUGAR AS THAT UNIQUE AND IRREPEATABLE LANGUAGE THAT BELONGS TO EACH PROJECT.
We are excited to create, for each project, a unique process of concept – definition – materialization in which the dialogue with the client is constant and enriching for the project.
We develop both residential, office and retail projects, serving each of these sectors specifically both in Spain and internationally.
