The housing renovation project seeks to differentiate the day area (kitchen, dining room and living room) with the night area (bedrooms and bathrooms) in an organic and friendly way. To do this, two large curves are proposed to introduce a small distributor and, at the same time, to serve as a separation and connection between these two areas.
All living areas face the façade and the outside terrace. Light is used as a starting point for areas that require greater activity and little by little the housing program accompanies the decrease in natural light.
A wooden lattice is designed in the hall that serves as a welcome to the home and as a separation between the entrance and the kitchen, creating privacy between both spaces. In the same way that it serves as a separation, the lattice screens and filters the natural light that reaches the hall area.
A friendly, organic and welcoming home is proposed with its spatial distribution and the use of materials such as wood and exposed concrete from the existing pillars.
